i’ve been watching a lot of interviews with julian and sean recently and what i wanted to write is that people keep asking the same questions. basically i mean julian’s relationships with john. i don’t think it’s julian who lives the past but dumb people/fans/journalists who still ask him questions about it. i mean everything had already been said, why would you talk about it for the 100th time? john wasn’t perfect as a person and as a dad especially for julian but as he said himself he’s forgiven him and moved on with his life. it is a shame that julian doesn’t get much credit and appreciation for his work (i mean the charities, photography and music projects) i guess it is mostly because he’ll always be associated with john and many people may think he’s doing it all to become popular and uses his surname but it’s not really the truth. being lennon still didn’t give him much. he wants to make his own work and not to be a replacement for his father. also i’ve read not that long ago that he doesn’t appreciate his dad. come on, he has much respect for him and what he did in his life even though john wasn’t an easy person to be with. julian only speaks the truth about him, he doesn’t want to make a saint out of him. i guess it’s not him, who needs to move on but the people. they all should take a different view on it. that’s all.
